To view the CVS files that are created I used <a href=\"http:\/\/www.freebsd.org\/projects\/cvsweb.html\">CVSweb<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>I started with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thebriangill.info\/2012\/12\/configuring-rancid-to-backup-your.html\">this tutorial<\/a> to install Rancid on Centos&#8230;an extremely useful tutorial.<\/p>\n<p>Once this was working I pulled the newest files from the <a href=\"http:\/\/people.freebsd.org\/~scop\/cvsweb\/\">CVSweb<\/a> site.  I dropped them into &#8220;\/var\/www\/cgi-bin\/&#8221; folder.<\/p>\n<p>A quick tip: each time you edit the cvsweb config file be sure to restart your apache service( service httpd restart).<\/p>\n<p>Another note: the rlog binary isn&#8217;t installed at this point.
