To do so, open the LDAP config file.<\/p>\n<p><strong>c:\\dcdsrvr\\DirectoryConfiguration.ini<\/strong><\/p>\n<pre class=\"gs-code\"><code class=\"language-plaintext\">[ldap]\r\nRETRYDELAY=5000\r\nldapURL=ldap:\/\/CISCOCCM1:8404\r\ndn=cn=Directory Manager, o=cisco.com\r\npasswd=0c111104761331001c99\r\nciscoBase=o=cisco.com\r\ndirType=Default\r\ndirAccess=true\r\nuseSSL=true\r\nldapsURL=ldap:\/\/CISCOCCM1:8405<\/code><\/pre>\n<p>Note the port in &#8220;ldapURL&#8221;.<br \/>\nNote also the &#8220;dn&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Connect using your favorite LDAP program(I like <a href=\"http:\/\/ldapadmin.sourceforge.net\/\">LDAP admin<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/gregsowell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/ldap-connection.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/gregsowell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/ldap-connection.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"ldap-connection\" width=\"505\" height=\"508\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3304\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gregsowell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/ldap-connection.png 505w, https:\/\/gregsowell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/ldap-connection-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/gregsowell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/ldap-connection-298x300.png 298w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 505px) 100vw, 505px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Set security to SASL and change the port to that listed above.  Also use the dn listed above.  In my case it is &#8220;cn=Directory Manager, o=cisco.com&#8221;.
