Get into IOS command line mode.<br \/>\n2. Go to &#8216;enable&#8217; mode(default password is &#8216;cisco&#8217;).<br \/>\n3. Type in &#8216;show flash:&#8217;<br \/>\nPage down toward the bottom of the list.<br \/>\nOne of the last file names will look something like &#8230; UC520-8U-4FXO-K9-FACTORY&#8230;yada&#8230;yada&#8230;.<br \/>\nThat is the factory default configuration&#8230;never copy TO this file!!<br \/>\n4. Type in &#8216;copy flash:(default config file name) startup<br \/>\nThat will copy your default config file TO the startup-file in NVRAM.<br \/>\n5. Once that is complete and ok&#8230;power off and power on the UC520.<br \/>\nYou will back to the default&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>If you would like to reset CUE(voicemail) to factory defaults&#8230;here is the procedure. This should probably be done before the IOS factory reset&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>To Reset CUE<\/p>\n<p>Step 1: Session into CUE using the command service-module Integrated-Service-Engine 0\/0 session. (Hit \u2018enter\u2019 twice to get a prompt).<\/p>\n<p>Step 2: Type \u2018offline\u2019 to go into the offline mode.<\/p>\n<p>Step 3: Type in \u2018y\u2019 when you are prompted with \u2018Are you sure you want to go offline[n]?\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Step 4: Type in \u2018restore factory default\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Step 5: Type in \u2018y\u2019 when you are prompted with \u2018Do you wish to continue[n]?\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Step 6: Press the Enter key when prompted to \u2018Press any key to reload:\u2019<\/p>\n<p>This reset can take 5-10 minutes.
