Generally you can just right click an item and schedule an event.  Once you schedule an event, how do you view them?  What you do is create a custom query like the below:<\/p>\n<p>Click on dataviews, and choose query from the dropdown.  Click new.<br \/>\nQuery target is &#8220;Manual action&#8221;.<br \/>\nClick add on Query Criteria and choose field type as &#8220;operator name&#8221;.<br \/>\nClick save and close<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/gregsowell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/11.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/gregsowell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/11.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"1\" width=\"585\" height=\"428\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1927\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gregsowell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/11.png 585w, https:\/\/gregsowell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/11-300x219.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 585px) 100vw, 585px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Once you are ready to run the query, open the query list and double click the newly created query.  Click the run button.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/gregsowell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/21.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/gregsowell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/21.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"2\" width=\"582\" height=\"536\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1928\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gregsowell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/21.png 582w, https:\/\/gregsowell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/21-299x276.png 299w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 582px) 100vw, 582px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The results will be all administrator created events.  You can right click on them and get details about what object is effected as well as what time schedule it is effected in.
