Mikrotik MUM 2009
I just got an email informing me that the 09 MUM will be in DALLAS TEXAS! Whhhhhhhhhaaaattttt! hehehe. My butt is going to be there…since it is only a couple of hours from me. I’m hoping that if I help with gas, I won’t have to drive!
Turned in my request on Friday to attend the training and MUM. Fingers crossed this gets through our tightened budget and hope to see you there!
I’m going to put in for it too…though I will have to take vacation, as my boss has other training he would rather me go to instead…hehe.
Dallas is probably as close as they’ll ever get to me. Sept. is too far off for me to plan anything yet though. :-/
I’m hoping all the stars align for me also…we’ll see.
Bummer on having to use to PTO, but hey- it\’s been three years since MikroTik was here so probably worth using those two days. They mention on their registration website to ask your reseller about coupons for MUM, know of anyone who can hook a brother (and his boss) up? 🙂

Alrighty, I have an update on the MUM coupons. I just got an email back from my favorite MTK supplier and they tell me that as soon as they get some in, they will hook me up. I’ll let you guys know when I hear more 🙂
Went to MUM in Orlando a few years ago. Was very informative. Will try to attend but not sure if the wife will give me a hall pass since I play Mr Mom.
Brian and I put in a request to go also. We are trying the Jedi mind trick technique, will report back with how it worked out.

Brian and I will have a rental car, but the kicker is we may be spending a few extra days up there at our DC. So not sure if we can car pool at this point. We will have to wait until it gets closer and see what our schedules are like.
