MUM 2010 On Tiktube
Pop over to tiktube. They are starting to upload the new MUM presentations.
Looks like the only thing they have so far is the intro presentation: what we sell now, and new stuff.

One of the things I’d wish they would do is to record directly from the podium mic as it is really washed out they way they’re currently doing it. It really makes it hard to understand the speaker.

I’m willing to bet this wouldn’t be too difficult for them…you should shoot an email to support letting them know. 🙂
I did after the DFW-MUM… It would seem to have gotten lost in translation. 🙂

It’s already recorded from the podium mic and the sound is crisp and clear. Are your speakers working :)?
After listening to tiktube, you are correct..it does sound good, my apologies.
Could it have been the live streaming audio that didn’t sound as good?
However, I do wish that somehow the presentation screen could be folded into the streaming video for a better view. By this I mean take the projector feed, with the mic audio and run that over the streaming video for a more clearer view of the discussion. the projector screen looks washed out in the presentations and you can not see the detail very good.
It’s already there, below the video, the slides are displayed in a separate frame. The video cameras can’t record the image with so much dynamic range to have both the screen and the presenters face in normal light. It’s either one or the other. As we do have the slides running below the tiktube video, we decided to give the presenter a little screen time.
